As butchers and graziers we specialize in all the usual cuts of meat for your day to day requirements, but also offer a range of more specialist cuts for that extra special meal.
In our retail shops, located in traditional Norfolk market towns, we are continually striving to provide our customers with very high quality meats, produced under high welfare standards with great regard for food miles and conservation.

We aim to provide a traditional butchers’ service, maturing our meats for flavour, taste and tenderness in hygienic conditions.
We carry a wide range of meats and all the complementary products, especially our award winning sausages, homemade pies and pastries and handmade burgers and BBQ kebabs.
In addition to the shops we operate two EC Licensed Cutting Plants, on caters for the North Walsham side of the business, the other caters for Fakenham, Swaffham and Sheringham. The plants enable us to hang and process our carcases away from the shops, and also produce all the sausages we need in a proper licensed environment. The plants also take on catering accounts, and private cutting commissions.

We are also licensed game dealers and supply pheasant, partridge and venison from our own and local farms.
We can also provide hampers and vouchers for Easter and Christmas or other special occasions. You only have to ask our staff!
