Remembering a great night of sausaging –
Christmas Beef – we won two prizes at the Carcase Competition in early December this year. A third and fourth in Class 1 for Heifers under 345KG.
We entered 2 Limousin cross Heifers and are very pleased with the grading.
I bought the carcases back at the auction, and the meat will be available in the shops for Christmas.

We were very pleased to gain 1st Prize in our class at the HG Blakes Christmas Carcase competition, on 4th December. The animal was an 18 month old British Blue Steer, weighing 309 kg, and was classified E3. We bought the beef back, and it will be available for our Christmas customers.
